PFS offers a bespoke book keeping service to run your business. For many companies the necessity for employing a full or even part time book-keeper is not required. And so for a set fee per hour, month or even per year we provide a complete service to have all your records completed for presentation to HM Revenue or for audit.

Our bookkeeping service can range from simple collation of sales and purchase invoices to full preparation of your records for audit. Together with the credit control and purchase ledger service we can provide everything that you may need to keep you informed of how your business is preforming and to help you comply with all the current legislation.

We use an internet based system which gives you 24 hour access to your accounts. Should you have an online banking system we can prepare BACS payments on your behalf and also keep you updated on your sales ledger.

 

ALL ASPECTS OF PAYROLL

Outsourcing your payroll to PFS will save you time and ensure your company is up to date with perhaps the most daunting aspect of any business. We provide expertise, support and use reliable technology to make the service as efficient as possible. PFS will take care of the whole operation including data capture, processing, printing and distribution.

PFS use an internet based system giving you access 24 hours a day. Data capture from you will normally be via secure email, although other methods such as fax and post can be supported. Payslips can be posted directly or securely emailed to your employees. All payments to staff and HM Revenue will be made on time. If you have online banking we can prepare the BACS transfer for you and upload so all you have to do is verify the payment.

Your end of year reports are prepared in accordance with HMRC requirements and, if desired, submitted on your behalf.

Once the payroll is completed we will provide you with management information within 2 hours.

As with all other aspects of the services that PFS provide we can set up a new PAYE system for you, including obtaining your PAYE reference number and dealing with all the forms and correspondence from the Revenue.

 

VAT NUMBER APPLICATIONS

Pinehurst Financial Services has had 100% success in applying for over 15 VAT registration numbers over the last 18 months. We will obtain all the relevant information from you and then apply for the number on your behalf. We deal directly with HMRC so you don’t have to.

 

 

VAT RETURN

Once your VAT number is obtained we will register with the Government Gateway online system to ensure all reporting is carried out in a timely manner, which will complete on a quarterly basis. All you need to do is get the information to us. But if you use our online bookkeeping service we will already be taking care of this for you.

If you already have a VAT number and just require us to complete the return on your behalf this is a service we have a lot of experience of.

 

ACCOUNTS PREPARATION

Pinehurst Financial Services offer a complete monthly accounting preparation service. We use an online package called Kashflow which enables us to complete the work and you to view any time you need to. We can complete your bank reconciliation, pay creditors and provide a credit control service. Kashflow also has a payroll module which will enable us to prepare monthly salaries, pay your employees and complete the RTI now required by HMRC.
